1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, submitting inquiries, downloading product catalogs or utilizing any service on our website, you (“user”, “buyer”, “visitor”) agree to fully abide by these Terms of Service, our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any clause, you must stop using this website immediately.
 
This website is exclusively for B2B commercial buyers, outdoor gear distributors, off-road fleet operators and OEM brand clients; it is not for individual consumer retail purchases.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1 Website Content Copyright

All text, product images, technical specifications, CAD renderings of rooftop tents, car awning structural drawings, brand logo “YoungHunter”, blog articles, case studies and webpage layout are intellectual property owned by Ningbo YoungHunter Industrial and Trading Co., Ltd., protected by Chinese copyright law and international IP treaties.
 
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reprint or commercially republish any website content without our prior written authorization. Permitted usage: temporary download of catalogs for your internal procurement evaluation only.

2.2 Client Custom IP Protection

For OEM/ODM clients who provide brand logos, design drafts and private shell molds:
  1. We will not use, copy or disclose your proprietary IP to third-party buyers without written permission
  2. We can sign formal NDAs before receiving confidential design materials upon your request
  3. After order completion, we will delete unused digital design files at your demand; physical prototypes are retained only for quality inspection follow-up within the legal retention period

2.3 Trademark Disclaimer

“YOUNGHUNTER”, “RUBICON” and related product series marks are our registered trademarks. No entity may use these marks for counterfeit products or unauthorized commercial promotion.

3. Authorized Website Usage Rules

You agree you will not perform the following prohibited behaviors when accessing our site:
  1. Hacking, exploiting website vulnerabilities, implanting malicious code, scraping large volumes of product data via automated crawlers without written approval
  2. Submitting false buyer information, fake company credentials or fraudulent order demands
  3. Using the website to transmit spam, illegal content, infringing materials or competitor malicious slander
  4. Impersonating YoungHunter sales staff to conduct unauthorized commercial transactions
  5. Reverse engineering, decompiling website backend code or product technical drawings
  6. Violating export control laws by requesting product customization for sanctioned regions
We reserve the right to block your IP address and terminate all online inquiry access if you breach above rules.

4. Product & Business Information Disclaimer

  1. All product parameters (3000mm waterproof rating, UV50+ protection, 30-second gas strut setup, mattress thickness, tent dimensions) displayed on the website are for reference only. Final confirmed specifications shall be subject to formal quotation contracts and production samples.
  2. Product images may have slight color deviation due to screen display differences; mass production fabrics and aluminum shell surfaces will follow confirmed sample standards.
  3. Delivery time stated in FAQ (2–10 days for samples, 20–40 days for mass production) is an estimated timeline, subject to raw material supply, factory production schedule and international logistics delays, which shall not constitute our liability for compensation unless agreed in formal sales contracts.
  4. We hold ISO9001:2000 certification, but local market import certifications (CE, FCC, regional outdoor safety standards) shall be handled by the buyer unless separate OEM certification service is contracted and paid.

5. Inquiry, Sample & Order Commercial Terms

  1. Sample Service: All sample fees and international shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer. Sample fees can be deducted from subsequent mass orders only when order quantity reaches our minimum order quantity (MOQ), as agreed in written quotation.
  2. OEM & ODM Customization: Custom logo printing, fabric color matching, packaging modification requires clients to provide editable AI/PDF design files; free mock-up design service is provided before production confirmation.
  3. Transaction Binding: Online website inquiries are non-binding preliminary communication. Legally valid sales agreements are only formed after both parties sign formal proforma invoices or sales contracts with official company seals.
  4. Payment Terms: We reserve the right to suspend sample production or mass manufacturing if scheduled deposits are not received within agreed timeframes.

6. Third-Party Links & External Resources

Our website may contain hyperlinks to third-party logistics platforms, payment gateways, industry outdoor media or client partner websites. We do not control external sites and bear no liability for their content, privacy rules or transaction services. You access third-party links at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. Our website is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without express or implied warranties of uninterrupted access, zero server downtime or error-free content. Temporary website maintenance, server upgrade or network failure shall not incur compensation liability.
  2. YoungHunter shall not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, market revenue loss or business opportunity damages arising from website browsing, information reference or delayed quotation replies, unless such loss is directly caused by our intentional gross negligence.
  3. We are not responsible for import tariff, customs detention, local market regulatory penalties incurred by buyers after goods shipment; buyers shall confirm local outdoor gear import standards before placing orders.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
  2. Any dispute arising from website use, inquiry communication or pre-order cooperation shall first be resolved via friendly email negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the people’s court with jurisdiction in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province.

9. Termination of Website Access

We reserve absolute discretion to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the website without prior notice if you:
  • Violate intellectual property clauses
  • Submit fraudulent or illegal information
  • Breach data privacy rules
  • Threaten website system security

10. Policy Revision
